I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were lovely, clean, fresh, and nicely furnished, though somewhat small for a double room. The service was impeccable, with the staff being very professional, kind, and extremely helpful. The location was fantastic, right on Drottningatan, close to major attractions making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience was good, although a bit pricey for the options available. Overall, a great place to stay with wonderful service and a prime location.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were wonderful - clean, bright, and very 'Scandi-style' with the most comfortable beds ever. The luxurious Byredo products provided a touch of luxury. However, my room was a bit cold as the heating wasn't working and only blew out cold air.

The hotel provided very helpful advice on where to go and what to see with the kids, which was cool. The rooms were clean and modern, and I appreciated not having icky carpets. However, the bathroom was a bit small with not much space for luggage. The service was excellent with friendly staff going out of their way to assist with room preferences and recommendations. The location, while perfect for tourists being within walking distance to everything, was not in the nicest area. The dining experience was amazing, especially the raspberry and rhubarb jam, but the closing time of 10 pm was a bit early for those who like to sleep in. Overall, the hotel is a great choice with fantastic facilities and a welcoming atmosphere.

However, the room felt small with little space for luggage, making it a tight fit for two people. The service was extraordinarily friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The location was perfect, close to sought-after restaurants and attractions within walking distance. The dining experience was delightful, with a wide variety of food options at the buffet. Overall, a cozy stay with some space constraints but excellent service and amenities.

The hotel rooms were very quaint and nicely furnished, making our stay comfortable, light, bright, and airy for the three of us. The service was the best we've experienced for a while, very engaging, helpful, and always friendly. The location in the Norrmalm District was friendly and surrounded by interesting places to eat and drink, making it a convenient walk to many areas of the city and the Central Station. The dining experience was great and convenient to have on-site, with varied and tasty options. The facilities were top-notch, providing all we needed for a pleasant stay.
